    Preheat BBQ or stovetop to med-high heat.

    Create the mayo: Place the egg yolk only in a bowl. Add mustard and vinegar. Whisk to blend. Add a little bit of olive oil. Whisk until blended. Add a little more oil and whisk again. Continue this process until the mayo reaches desired texture, taste often to test consistency. Once reached desired state season with salt, pepper and stir to combine.

    Place onion rings, bacon rasher and burger pattie on bbq or stove top. Cook onion until caramelised, bacon until crisp and burger patties until cooked through (roughly 3-4 minutes each side)

    One minute before the burger pattie is cooked add the cheese slice to top and allow it to melt before removing from the heat.

    Toast bun to desired state (butter is optional) Lay mixed lettuce, tomato slices, burger pattie, onion rings, bacon and dress with mayo. Enjoy!

Note:-You will have leftover Mayo you can store in the fridge
