    Pre- heat oven to 180c. Preheat BBQ or stovetop to med-high.

    Coat beet chips with olive oil and season well and place them on a baking tray in oven for 25 mins or until golden and crisp.

    Place burger pattie and bacon rasher on bbq or stove. Cook bacon until crisp and burger patties until cooked through (roughly 3-4 minutes each side)

    Create burger; lay Tuscan cabbage leaf flat, top with mixed lettuce, tomatoes, burger pattie and bacon. Serve beet chips alongside. Enjoy!
