Tandoori Chicken with Cucumber Salsa

    Pre - heat BBQ or stovetop to high heat.

    In a bowl combine Tandoori spice mix, yoghurt and chicken breast. Coating the breast evenly in the tandoori mixture. BBQ Chicken for 3-4 minutes each side until cooked through.

    In a bowl combine baby spinach, cucumber, mint, olive oil and white vinegar. Season well with salt and pepper.
