As we are experiencing a higher than usual volume of orders, we will stop taking orders for delivery days when we reach our maximum capacity.
When checking out you will need to select the first available delivery day for your area.
Any fruit and veg orders are packed in a recyclable cardboard box. Any cold items are packed in our recyclable insulated envelopes with ice bricks to keep them fresh on your doorstep. We use a refrigerated vehicle for all deliveries.
Update March 23, 2020: Since the recent developments surrounding COVID-19, for health and safety reasons our drivers are unable to collect all all your packaging. We recoomend flattening and recycling your boxes for your local council collection.
We are no longer taking any signatures for orders at all, all good will be dropped on doorsteps as drivers must maintain social distancing measures.

You can choose to pay with Visa or MasterCard.You will be prompted to provide your payment information when completing your account set up. This card will then be used to pay for all orders that you place both now and in the future. Payment for each order is taken once we lock orders. This gives you the chance to make any changes needed up until this time. We’ll send you a receipt by email when any payment is taken.
You don’t have to place an order every week. You can set up a regular order to be delivered weekly or fortnightly, or you can place one-off orders when you need them. To change your order, you just need to do this prior to order cut off for your delivery day. Customers generally find it better to set up a regular order of the basics, so you never miss out and then top it up each week with any extras. You can then pause the order if you are away or going out a lot one week. We would much prefer you to miss a delivery than build up an onion mountain or have cabbages take over the fridge.
You can change your order as often as you like before order cut off for your delivery day. For example, if your delivery day is on a Tuesday morning you need to make edits by 12:00 midday on Sunday. We really want you to get the order that suits you each week, to minimise food wastage.
We work hard to bring you fresh, high quality produce. With fresh fruit and vegetables, the odd thing can inevitably go wrong. We try to catch any problems and grade out anything that is substandard or doesn't have enough shelf life the staff and our partner charities get to eat this. If you have a problem, please don't suffer in silence let us know so we can put it right by a credit or a free replacement and investigate so it doesn't happen again. If it's not 100% Delish it's replaced for FREE.
We have a small organic range of fruit, veg, eggs and dairy which we source from local farmers. Most of our Fruit & Vegetables are conventional, however, we use local spray free lines wherever possible. We work closely with local farmers Grimma Bros. Grimma Bros are known for their Kale, Tuscan Cabbage, Corn, Zucchini & Mixed Heirloom Carrots.
Yes, you can still edit the contents in your order up until the usual order cut off times.

Yes – you will. As we are currently experiencing a high volume of orders, if we haven’t been able to let you know in advance – we apologise! You will still certainly receive a credit.
Credits may take 2-3 days to appear on your account after your box has been delivered. Please wait until then before contacting us, if your credit has not appeared.
Alternatively, if you prefer a refund to your credit card please let us know and we can arrange that instead. Refunds can take up to 3 business days to appear on your account.
No, just because it is listed on our website doesn’t guarantee that it will be in stock. We go to the markets daily and purchase your food fresh (that’s the delish difference!) If we are unable to source an item for you we will place a credit onto your account.
Absolutely not. Please be considerate of everybody and limit the purchase of meat & fish products to only what you need to feed yourselves in a week. We will not honour bulk orders of produce.
